Lovehandmade.co was established to help bring sustainable and fair income to small-scale rural artisans, particularly women and youth using their traditional crafts.
Thinking about the people we work with is second nature to us and we are aware of how far our commitment extends. While we love selling unique, artisanal products and telling stories, we also work actively to ensure that products are safe and to your satisfaction. lovehandmade.co collaborates with producers on product development and design processes to ensure delivery of quality wares.
All of the products sold on our website are made by hand and each piece is unique.
While you can be assured that we only carry merchandise that is authentic and purchased directly from artisans, such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors (we think of them as special characteristics that make every piece completely distinctive and unique!). Products subject to distressing as part of styling, hand-painted and/or produced using organic dyes are subject to increased chance of ‘flaws’ and may wear out faster than run-of-the-mill, commercially produced goods. Such items will not be considered for refund or exchange.
However, if an item arrives broken or damaged, or is different from what you ordered online, we will be happy to refund.
